American Leather is in search of a topnotch Senior Oracle EBS Developer and
BI Senior Lead to oversee our Development and Analytics team. In this role, the Senior Oracle EBS Developer manages a two-person BI team centered on providing insight and aiding in business decision-making using Power BI tools, and heads the Oracle EBS initiatives of the company. The Senior Oracle EBS Developer & BI Senior Lead is also in charge of the design, building, and management of complex technical environments that include Oracle EBS systems and other critical systems that interact with the Oracle EBS application. This process includes analyzing data and developing technical documentation for software changes and working closely with all department leads to create applications and software customization to support the daily company operation. The Senior Oracle EBS Developer and BI Sr. Lead is hands-on and works onsite with two direct reports in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.

The Day-to-Day of this Role:

• Develop and maintain Oracle EBS using manufacturing modules (Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Order Management, Logistics, Product Lifecycle Management, Procurement, Finance, P.O., AR, A.P.).
• Lead and manage support for daily operations of production and non-production environments.
• Architect and perform migration of EBS and other Oracle applications, databases from one platform to another (modernization).
• Perform administration of day-to-day activities to support Oracle EBS and drive automation.
• Develop and deliver management reporting materials, reports, and presentations.
• Lead the development of B.I. visualization tools, including data ingestion and automation of reports.
• Work with relational databases to build SQL queries and troubleshoot data problems.
• Unearth insights from large and diverse data sets to tell compelling stories through dashboards and visualizations to guide strategic decision-making.
• Synthesize analytics into visually and verbally easy-to-consume storylines and provide indicated actions for executive audiences.
• Develop a long-term strategy for building the right infrastructure and tools grounded by excellent analytics work.
• Own and execute systems-related enhancements and technical project implementations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
• Manage the reporting of KPIs and analyze the effectiveness of compliance campaigns to drive improvements in the Company’s reports platform.
• Build partnerships with other teams to scale analytical approaches and frameworks across similar efforts in the Company.
• Understand and can facilitate the development of ETL pipelines within OACS or other database platforms.
• Collaborate with business leaders to administer appropriate training necessary to standardize technology usage.

Must Haves:

• 6+ years of experience as Oracle EBS Technical administrator.
• 3+ years as Oracle technical architect.
• Experience with at least one major version upgrade for EBS.
• 5+ years of experience in technology consulting or data analytics.
• 5+ Years of experience in or supporting operations in Oracle EBS version 11+.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle development using manufacturing modules (Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Order Management, Logistics, Product Lifecycle Management, Procurement, Finance, PO, AR, AP).
• 4+ years of experience managing people and projects.
