JOB SUMMARY
Serve as a advisor and support to management in the strategic planning process and development of human resource strategies that support the organization’s needs. Provides support to multiple sites. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing HR strategies to provide support and counsel to the various locations, while supporting National HR initiatives and the company’s Mission and Core Values. The HR Manager performs activities related to performance management, compensation administration, leadership development and affirmative action compliance, among others. Individuals in this position work closely with the local management teams to foster teamwork and support of HR related processes.
