American Plastics, LLC Hiring for Human Resource Manager Job at Sycamore, OH Full Time

• Recruitment for direct labor positions
• Conduct interviews, process background checks, employment authorizations and conduct new hire orientation
• Process weekly timekeeping and maintain attendance calendars
• Research and investigate employee issues or concerns, consults with management, and coordinate necessary action to bring appropriate resolution
• Review disciplinary action and termination documents, taking appropriate partners as necessary
• Maintain active and terminated personnel files
• Assist in Bureau of Workers Compensation Cases
• Provide support between employee and operations to approve weekly timesheets
• Coordinate and distribute reporting on labor and hiring to Management
• Other duties as assigned by Management

. Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience as a recruiter or Human Resources generalist role
• A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but equivalent and relevant work experience will substitute
• Excellent oral & written communications skills
• Fully computer literate including MS Office Suite, Excel PowerPoint, and the ability to learn Paylocity within the first 30 days
• Professional attitude & demeanor with Management and employees
• Resourceful with ability to apply critical problem-solving skills
• Extremely detailed & organized
