Responsibilities
This position works 7 consecutive days and is off 7 consecutive days. A Staff Pharmacist compounds medications and accurately provides prescribed medications according to professional standards, practices and specific indications or orders. Provides consultative services to internal and external constituents as needed regarding medications, interactions, expectations and other releated information. Documents clinical activities and applicable outcomes.

- Doctorate Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Doctorate Degree

Certification and Licensure
- Board eligible for Pennsylvania licensure may be accepted in lieu of actual license; PA Pharmacist License required within 4 months of hire date
- PA Pharmacist License
