Responsibilities:
Assist in developing procedures and processes to ensure successful implementation of contractual requirements, as well as foster open communication between ACNH, Corporate Shared Services and the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (NHDHHS). Investigate and respond to inquiries and concerns presented by NHDHHS; analyze, proactively identify and recommend mitigation strategies for operational issues to ensure contractual requirements are addressed, as well as summarize and communicate findings to key stakeholders. Actively lead contract related implementation workgroups to include new benefit changes, contractual language amendments, NHDHHS policy updates and process improvement activities to further confirm successful contract execution and maintain positive relationship with NHDHHS. Effectively work with local, regional and corporate entities to ensure contractual requirements are reflected in business practices and current based upon most recent information from NHDHHS. Represent the Plan in meetings with internal departments and external government and community agencies and remain well versed in operational and state-related activities.
