Our client, a biopharmaceutical company focusing on development of novel synthetic bile acid analogs to treat chronic liver diseases, seeks an accomplished Recruiter (Biotech / Pharma).

Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 2 months w/ possibility of extension for an additional 3 months
Note:
· Candidate must work eastern time hours; 8:00am – 5:00pm (Mon – Fri)
Description:
· The Recruiter’s duties include being responsible for implementing Talent Acquisition strategies to hire the best talent into the organization domestically and assist globally.
· These duties include identifying, screening, interviewing candidates, pipelining talent for future needs and developing offers.
· Should be adept at managing the ATS system and data collection to run metrics.
· Needs to possess good candidate skills with the ability to negotiate with and close candidates.
· To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
· Recruiting – Recruit for open positions at all levels and work with hiring managers on developing recruiting strategies, job offers and compensation analysis. Conduct all in person and phone interviews and manage debriefs. Develop offers and stay connected with new hires prior to arrival to ensure superior new hire experience.
· Responsible for maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (Pereless) and ensuring that the system is in line with current recruiting strategies. Participate in upgrading project and adding efficiencies (background checking linkage etc..). Manage the employee referral process. Manage the vendors and help track quality of services provided by vendors to refine list yearly.
Qualifications:
· BA/BS Degree preferred.
· 5-7 + years HR experience heavily focused on Recruitment required.
· At least 3-5 with a Biotech/Pharma company experience required.
· Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition leader with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant professional experience with significant expertise in a hiring hard to find talent in multiple areas of the business including: drug development, R&D, commercial (sales and marketing) spanning various disciplines and regions.
· Recruiting (i.e., defining position, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and drafting offers).
· Sound understanding of compensation theory and practices.
· General benefits knowledge.
· Experience working within a Performance Management process.
· Experience creating policies.
· Project Management skills.
· Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Knowledge of relevant Federal and State laws.
· Demonstrated alignment with values and culture. The ability to work well as a team member. Good problem-solving skills.
· Biotech/Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
