Ameritas Hiring for Sr Benefits and Well-Being Coordinator at Lincoln, Nebraska Full Time

This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.

The Sr Benefits and Well-Being Coordinator assists with the administration of benefit programs, retirement, pension, deferred compensation, absence management and/or wellness programs for associates, agents, and retirees.

What you do

• Assist associates, agents, and retirees with benefits and well-being program enrollment and questions.
• Administer benefit and well-being program onboarding and educational sessions.
• Complete data administration of assigned benefit programs. Tasks include data entry, basic data auditing and coordination of payroll deductions.
• Process benefit program invoices; maintain a record of payment.
• Assist with department initiatives including acquisitions, education training, open enrollment, onboarding, on-site health events and implementing new programs.
• Assist with administration of Ameritas Five to Thrive well-being program through the carrier platform including configuration, reporting, and resolving system and participant issues working through vendor.
• Assist with other assigned office administration including returned mail, invoice payments, etc.
• Additional duties as required.

What you bring

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of related experience. Previous Benefits, Well-being, and/or Human Resources experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
