A day in the life of a Human Resources Specialist:
As a Human Resources Specialist, you are at the front lines of supporting our field operations teams across the United States. You love interacting with people and establish a rapport and trust easily. You are comfortable working in a fast paced and rapidly growing People & Culture department. You think unconventionally—giving our field teams creative solutions to standard HR issues—think more Tony Stark, less Kronos. Also, you must be comfortable living in 1600 different shades of grey, we are not a black and white rigid team. Additionally, you should be a champion of change.
