Job Title: Junior Human Resources Generalist

What’s the Opportunity?
The Junior HR Generalist works within a team of senior HR professionals to perform Human Resources activities and partners with different stakeholders to help support and deliver on key business strategies. There is a strong focus on talent selection, people development, structure, process and culture. Highlighted responsibilities include, but not limited to; training and development, employee relations, talent sourcing, policy/procedure implementation and compliance, performance management and compensation. This position will report to the Lead HR Business Partner and will require some travel.
