We are growing are Accounting Team in St. Cloud, Minnesota! This is NOT a remote or work from home position. Internally this career is known as a Senior Staff Accountant that prepares company financial statements, performs general accounting and financial analysis, along with month-end accounting duties.

“What does it take to be successful?”
A firm understanding of accounting and financial analysis principles usually gained through 3 to 5 years training in accounting and/or related experience
Must be very familiar with automated accounting systems and fluent in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Focused on details, excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be self-motivated, multi-tasking, and work independently
- Team player, amenable to a variety of work projects
- Passion for analytics with the ability to apply data and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Establishes, modifies, documents, and coordinates implementation of accounting and internal control procedures.
- Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Provides special project assistance to the CFO, VP of Finance or Accounting Manager.
- Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures
