SUMMARY:

The Logistics Coordinator provides logistical support, while documenting and reporting activities in cooperation with, and under the direction of the Mitigation Manager or designee.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain current inventory for Manassas office

• Work within PMIS to complete all inventory moves, orders and repairs

• Assist with logistics at job sites as required
• Assists with job site setup and cleanup as required

• Communicate with team to have inventory and vehicles staged and prepared

• Maintains office records, both paper and electronic formats

• Report and escalate issues to management as needed

• Transport company vehicles to designated locations when necessary

• Assist with field technicians, as required.

• Customer service skills to maintain professionalism with all customers

• Work in Office and in the Yard pulling and staging equipment

• Coordinate logistics and debris coming from jobsite

• Travel within Northern Virginia to reach customers at their homes or businesses

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSE: Highschool diploma/GED

• 2-4 years of logistics or technical experience working with electronic equipment

• Follows policies and procedures strictly

• Computer skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Experience in traffic monitoring, and/or construction experience, preferred

• Basic mathematical skills: add, subtract and multiply in all units of measure

• Valid Driver’s License

• 1 Must be willing to work outdoors and with vehicles

• 2 Experience with logistics preferred

• 3 Must be able to lift to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 75 pounds as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
