Antonia’s Pizzeria is looking for our next great line cook. Opportunity for advancement available.

• Maintaining clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils
• Cook and package batches of food, such as sauce
• Prepare all ingredient food items according to standards
• Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in all work areas
• Prepare all menu items according to standards
• Communicate with other food prep stations during service (grill, salad, pizza)
• Complete all mid-shift and end-of-shift cleaning responsibilities.
• Maintain awareness of restaurant products, relaying to the manager when the restaurant is low, or there is a concern with products.
• Adhere to proper usage of all kitchen equipment (coolers, knives, fryers, grill, mixers, etc).
• Ensuring proper storage of all food at the end of the night.
• Practice cost-cutting measures (not over portioning or wasting product).
• Rotate all inventory.
• Checkout with manager before ending shift.

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
