As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Private Risk Management business group within Aon Risk Solutions, in our Chicago, IL office. As an Account Executive, you will report directly to the Associate Director. Job Overview
Aon Private Risk Management (APRM), Personal Lines, designs, implements, and services customized personal risk management strategies for High Net Worth individuals and families. Your Impact as an Account Executive/Broker II
Job Responsibilities:
Emerging leader with confirmed peer market relationships and emerging senior client relationships
Provides expertise in servicing the needs if high net worth individuals.
Identifies client needs and develops custom solutions
Client facing with track record of working effectively with decision makers within clients
Establishes and develops emerging relationships with family offices and key players in the high net worth marketplace
Proven technical proficiency demonstrating capabilities to build innovative solutions
Establishes credibility (knowledge/trust) both externally as well as internally
Possesses senior executive client communication and negotiation skills (oral and written)
Effectively communicates market/industry perspectives and applications to specific client situation
Handles medium to large book of business typically, between $1M and $3M
Mentors junior brokers and provides peer reviews
Communicates and captures the value that Aon brings to client You Bring Knowledge and Expertise
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience within the personal lines insurance and risk management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Active Property & Casualty License Education:
