Pay rate $45K-$75K.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for the bank.
Maintain knowledge of instructional technologies by attending seminars and reviewing professional publications.
Establish professional networks and participate in professional training organizations.
Process new hires during orientation sessions; explain benefits, policies, and procedures of the bank, and enroll in benefits programs.
Process correspondence and prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for the CEO and other
Schedule phone interviews and appointments for applicants, meetings, etc.
Lead the recruitment process; conduct background checks, complete reference checks, and update the database of applicants.
Education and Work Experience:
Requires a four-year degree from an accredited college or university or five (5) years of equivalent relevant work experience.
4+ Years of experience in Human Resources.
