Responsibilities:
• Extend Job Offers
• Reviewing weekly timesheets for completeness and accuracy.
• On-board and help train employees on online timesheet system
• Maintain HR tracking reports/run reports as requested
• Assist employees by answering general HR questions
• Workers• Compensation and leave management
• Maintain employee files
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of labor laws
• Ability to build rapport with employees
• Ability to communicate well with employees and all levels of management
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Strong attention to details, highly organized, and a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Professional dedication to quality and customer service.
• Ability to adapt to change in business conditions and environments.
