- Leader & mentor to growing programming team

- 3+ years of proven and successful leadership experience
- 4+ years HTML, CSS, JS experience
- 3+ years Ruby on Rails Experience
- Experience with version control system (Git)
- Experience with RDBMS (MySQL)
- Prior work with AWS or Heroku preferred
- Agile software development practices
