Apricus Health
We are Committed to
Care Your Way
Apricus Health provides our communities a direct one-on-one relationship with healthcare providers and care navigators who are accessible from any location to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
Apricus Health aligns with primary care, and specialist providers, by working to improve health outcomes and significantly lower costs for patients and payers. Health outcomes may be improved by shifting the focus from reactive, episodic care to a continuous care relationship, population health strategies such as preventive and chronic care, optimizing specialty care referral channels, and care management.

Apricus Medical Group currently operates more than a dozen primary care and specialty practices throughout the state of Arizona with more than 50 providers. Apricus Medical group is growing rapidly through acquisition and organic growth in the markets we serve.
The Company operates an Independent Practice Association (IPA) that currently includes more than 800 participating affiliate providers. Affiliate provider groups are joining our network every day.
The Company is in the process of building out an ancillary network that includes or will include ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers, micro-hospitals, hospice, and urgent care centers.
The Company improves patient outcomes with health navigators and performance health monitoring technologies and through proprietary connected care technology from Akos MD, a sister company.
Apricus Health Network is one of 53 firms selected by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS, part of the US Government) to participate as a Direct Contracting Entity (DCE) to lower Medicare expenses and improve health outcomes for enrolled patients.
The Company operates a Management Services Organization (MSO) delivering services to these organizations.
