WHAT’S NEW WITH APTAR
We have an exciting position open in North America: HR Generalist Support Coordinator I, reporting to the HR Manager. This position will be based in Auburn, AL.
THIS IS HOW YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS
· Provides administrative support to human resources functions
· Provides support with employee/labor relations and employment records
· Interact with benefits providers regarding enrollments and changes in status, track employee enrollment timing, monitor benefit billing, etc.
· Explain medical, dental, life insurance, disability, 401k to employees
· Maintains attendance and employment records, and compiles statistics for various HR management reports
· Respond to routine questions on HR policy
· Works under close direction of senior personnel in the functional area
· Participate in all corporate led training initiatives
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ON THE JOURNEY
· High School diploma or its equivalent
· Administrative experience required
· Proficient with Microsoft Office. Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
· Strong organizational skills
