Aptive Environmental Hiring for Sr Manager Customer Operations Job at Provo, UT Full Time

Aptive Solar seeks an experienced professional to lead a team of customer advocates. As the Sr. Manager of Customer Operations, you will be responsible for leading a forward-facing team that will focus on customer engagement, fulfillment operations and data collection. Major responsibilities include building out best in class communication guidelines that include a multifaceted communication strategy of call, text, chat and working with other peers to ensure that the turnaround times are second to none. This is a key leadership position with responsibility for building and scaling the customer operations to match the growth of the business. The ideal candidate is an experience professional with excellent communication skills, great with people and experience leadership skills. This position will be based in Aptive Solar headquarters in Provo, Utah, although remote options may also be available.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and Develop a high-performing team of customer obsessed professionals that will do anything they can to support the goal of helping our customers go solar
• Collaborate with other key team members to set long-term operating strategy and vision
• Develop a standard operating procedure suite for customer operations
• Negotiate with and de-escalate upset customers
• Analyze and monitor team performance to iteratively improve upon cycle times and customer satisfaction scores
• Be a key strategic stakeholder in the development of new product rollouts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years’ experience in customer service and support
• Strong customer facing and communication skills
• Demonstrated track record problem solving
• Excellent leadership, team development, people management, and influencing skills at a senior level
• Detailed analytical thinker with ability to recruit and lead quantitative talent
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to present credit management vision and strategy in internal and external focus
• Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
• Ability to translate business strategy into day to day delivery while keeping the customer in front of mind
