We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a General Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods and materials. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the telecommunications and construction industry, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage logistics activities, including shipment coordination, inventory management, and tracking of goods and materials.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to optimize logistics processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of shipments, including bills of lading, shipping manifests, and customs documents.
• Utilize logistics management software and systems to track shipments and monitor inventory levels.
• Analyze logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve any logistics-related queries or concerns.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, specifically in the telecommunications and construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of logistics principles, processes, and best practices.
• Familiarity with logistics management software and systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple shipments and tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
