Position Title: Manager of Human Resources

Broad functions: The Human Resources Manager is the leader of People initiatives that support the company Airport and/ or Turnpikes. Partners with VP’s, Directors, Managers and Associates. Responsible for providing best in class services that facilitate greater effectiveness throughout the organization and supported teams. Will partner and participate in all the overall CBA strategies including negotiations & grievances where appropriate. Will be engaged in the business and be transparent; ability to influence leadership and link business objectives back to organizational effectiveness. Will have a sense of urgency, be future thinking and possess strong communication skills.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Associates in this position frequently operate a computer, read and write, and interact with others in person, over the phone, and via other devices. They move about within the facility in which their office is located to access file cabinets, documents, office machinery, and other equipment. They also travel within the facility in which their office is located and to locations outside of the facility, to attend meetings, trainings, events, and other business activities.
They may also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time. Occasionally move objects weighing up to 20 lbs., and sometimes, but rarely, up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
