Job Description Office Assistant Data Entry Fast paced IT Firm in San Diego seeks an organized, detail oriented, highly motivated Office Assistant & Data Entry Clerk to join our service team. Must be a quick learner with a minimum of 3 years data entry experience. Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook experience required. Must be good working with customers. Working knowledge of SalesForce or equivalent CRM is preferred. We are looking for someone that would like to grow with our company as we expand. Please apply if you meet the requirements below. Requirements Must be able to work full time Monday through Friday with possible overtime 3 years minimum experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel. Also working knowledge of Sales Force or equivalent CRM system preferred.
Must have experience answering phones
Must type 40 wpm and multitask
Prior experience working with customers in a service environment.
