Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to provide comprehensive support and leadership across multiple businesses. This position will report into the Shared Services Human Resources team of our parent company, Argano. We are rapidly growing and are excited to provide Corporate Human Resources leadership, support, and execution of HR initiatives across all business units/companies. We are seeking candidates with proven success in all facets of Human Resources.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work directly across Argano companies, including global, to ensure Human Resource Programs align with and directly support the current and future strategies and objectives of the organization
• Champion change management across the organization
• Continually encourage and provide frameworks for highly effective two-way communication and engagement across the organization
• Provide acquisition support and new business integration activities
• Assist with ongoing training, learning, and development initiatives
• Serve as liaison between business leaders for HR functions and projects
• Partner with HR team and Argano companies to develop and deliver meaningful solutions to drive business results
• Ensure appropriate performance management strategies are in place and the compensation plans are aligned with performance
• Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation and consistency across Argano companies

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in a global, progressive, high-growth organization
• Experience working across companies and business units acting as HR liaison and partner, prefer experience with mergers and acquisitions
• Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders and drive change
• Strong knowledge and experience in all areas of human resources management and human resources principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication, coaching, and counseling skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines
• Good working knowledge of HRIS systems
• Flexible, adaptable and positive– strong attributes
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field
• 4 year College Degree and SPHR preferred
