Join our HR Team as the compensation Supervisor. You would be reasonable for 2 direct reports. Experience in Workday needed.
Summary:
Supervises the implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Supervises, coordinates and participates in survey participation, job evaluation, system changes (Workday), administration of incentive plan design, and compensation analysis. Reviews administration and systems so base pay, variable pay and incentive pay programs conform to the compensation strategy and policies. Oversee staff to ensure department goals and project goals are met. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
Required Work Experience:
Related Field – 4 years with 1 year of leadership experience
Recommended Certifications:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) – Worldatwork, Or – , SPHR – HRCI
Description
1. Supervises compensation staff including setting goals, evaluating performance, training team, directing work and making sure team is equipped..
2. Create and ensure adherence to Compensation and pay administration processes.
3. Provides consultation and advice to organization on pay decisions, policy and guidelines, job evaluation and design of effective solutions.
4. Supervises the administration of direct compensation for all employee groups.
5. Reviews and provides input on compensation policies, guidelines and procedures.
6. Supervises the purchase of salary surveys and ensures participation including completion.
7. Review budget forecasts for merit, adjustments, incentives and other pay related changes.
8. Ensure compliance to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all Company processes and guidelines.
9. Perform any other duties as required or assigned.
