Technical Recruiter
Location: Remote, D.C. Metropolitan Area Required

The appropriate candidate should have experience with the following:
Armison Tech is seeking a full time / part time Technical Recruiter for a remote work position. The position requires sourcing, identify, staffing, and recruiting professionals with TS security clearances in the D.C. Metropolitan area. An established network of cleared professional is required for the position. Previous work experience requiring a security clearance is preferred but not essential to be successful in this role. The position will involve full life-cycle recruiting and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Job Requirements
U.S. citizenship
At least 3 years previous experience recruiting for various government organization where candidates must have a Top Secret with polygraph security clearance
At least 1 year of experience recruiting for DoD organizations for Secret, Top Secret, and Top Secret with CI polygraph
Full life-cycle technology recruiting including, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, offers, closing and relationship management.
Identify vacancies, prepare and post position descriptions and recruit, interview and provide recommendations for follow-on interviews to management for qualified candidates
Demonstrated proficiency working with various ATS Systems
Prepare weekly personnel status reports to project employment needs and recruiting efforts
Oversee day-to-day tasks of full-cycle recruiting for government client contracts
Utilize creative marketing, sourcing strategies, and techniques to attract key talent, to include but not limited to utilizing the following sourcing efforts: internet advertising, social media, employee referrals, attendance at career and job fairs and cold calling
Coordinate with management to develop position descriptions for new open positions
Manage scheduling and logistics for all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Pre-screen candidates and provide detailed information on position requirements
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with professionals at all levels
Ability to learn quickly, grasp new concepts and work independently with minimal guidance
Ability to contribute to the development of creative business strategies
Strong organizational skills to manage and balance multiple simultaneious activities
Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Excellent project management, organizational, writing, and oral communication skills
