Digital Marketing Account Development Representative
The Marketing Account Development Representative is responsible for supplier growth through the sales and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and maintain influential supplier business relationships
Communicate with supplier clients in a professional and knowledgeable way, ensuring that expectations are clear, and their campaign achieves the determined goals
Develop and present strategic marketing proposals and end of campaign reporting that incorporates key insights and recommendations based on learnings and best practices
Align with cross functional teams to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans that increase supplier ROI and target supplier business goals
Establish yourself as the digital subject matter expert for your supplier contacts, fielding performance and technical questions around process, marketing and products.
Maintain project timelines, work with creative teams and channel owners to develop assets for campaign (landing pages, emails, banners, paid media, etc.), coordinate proofing and feedback with suppliers
Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, competitor analysis and product information
Contribute to the team atmosphere and take initiative by sharing new ideas and helpful learnings, contributing to performance baselines and leading team-wide efforts
What We Are Looking For:
2 – 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, digital marketing experience preferred.
4 year degree or equivalent work experience.
Excellent project management and prioritization skills as well as attention to detail, and inherent ability to maintain consistent standards and processes
Ability to work independently with strong decision-making and analytical thinking, as well as ability to work within cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
Sales mindset dedicated to achieving targets
Adaptability in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Understanding and exposure to campaign management
Prior agency experience preferred
Experience with Google Analytics preferred
Experience with Workfront, salesforce and/or project management tools nice to have

$61,875.00 – $75,625.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
