Arrow is looking for a Senior Global Compensation and Benefits Enablement Project Manager to join the global compensation and benefits enablement team in our Centennial, CO location.
The Senior Global Compensation and Benefits Enablement Project Manager is responsible for supporting strategic business objectives through the design, development and execution of Arrow’s global compensation and benefit programs. The manager is a key business partner to the global HR function and responsible for successfully managing global HR and leadership relationships and global compensation and benefits enablement projects, while providing enablement support and guidance to the regional compensation and benefits teams.
This position will follow a hybrid schedule coming into the office two or three days per week.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$127,600.00 – $181,500.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
