Arrowhead Dental Associates is accepting applications for a dedicated Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator at our office in Charlestown, RI. Arrowhead Dental has developed a team of passionate professionals who work together to take exceptional care of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing collections and submitting insurance claims
• Contact insurance companies to verify coverage and fee schedule
• Effectively communicate billing & insurance information with patients
• Follow-up on insurance denials and appeals
• Responsible for accounts receivable
• Present and collect patient copays

Experience:

• Customer service (required)
• Dental office experience (preferred but not required)

Salary: hourly compensation is based on employee experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $30.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
