Arrowhead Dental Associates is accepting applications for a dedicated Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator at our office in Charlestown, RI. Arrowhead Dental has developed a team of passionate professionals who work together to take exceptional care of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients and other visitors to our office
• Make new patients feel comfortable and welcomed during their visit
• Check-in patients according to office protocol in a friendly manner
• Schedule patients for various procedures
• Review patient treatment plans
• Determine insurance calculations and collect payments for treatment
• Verify dental insurance plans
• Submit dental & medical claims
• Responsible for accounts receivable

Experience:

• Customer service (required)
• Dental office experience (preferred but not required)

Salary: hourly compensation is based on employee experience
