Asahi Intecc USA, Inc., a medical device company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in assisting the HR Manager with day-to-day HR Operations.
Essential Job Functions:
· Assists the HR Manager with the overall operations of the HR department.
· Oversee benefits administration and facilitate/help with open enrollment, field questions from employees and liaison between the company and insurance carrier
· Oversee benefits invoicing (monthly audit).
· Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, help with job postings.
· Performs New Hire Orientation and ensures the onboarding process is complete.
· Educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
· Performs HRIS data entry (through Paylocity) and personnel file maintenance ensuring all necessary forms are complete and filed accordingly.
· Serve as back-up for payroll processing (through Paylocity).
· Generating official internal documents such as offer letters and assisting managers with Performance issues.
· Assists employees with 401(K) questions and request.
· Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel action notice.
· Help with fulfillment of credentialing requirements of outside sales people.
· Responds to reference checks and verification of employment status.
· Other duties as requested by HR Manager.
