Full Charge Bookkeeper and AdministrativeHigh end furniture importer is looking for a full charge bookkeeper with some administrative duties. The bookkeeper would handle all of the day to day bookkeeping and their outside accountants would do the taxes and assist in any areas that would need clarification/ training. This position offers room for growth. Product experience is preferred. Navision experience and knowledge of Italian are pluses!Responsibilities:Matching and coding vendor invoices and running of checks, or wire payment online.Maintain and update all AP and AP related files and processes.Maintain schedules of all recurring payments to ensure timely payment.Handle all A/P related phone calls, inquiries and responding to messages from all vendors and clients.Maintain employee expense reimbursements and filing all related reimbursements.Prepare and file New York and New Jersey States sales tax at a monthly basic.Prepare and complete all bank deposits.Prepare and reconcile bank statements.Check online banking for incoming wire transfer from customers daily.Create customer billing for Ex-factory pick up.Prepare import containers for billing, make sure PO match to vendor invoice.Helping and adjusting inventory.Ordering office suppliesRecording employee attendancePrepare new employee payroll and benefit paper work to send to payroll department to process.Salary: $70,000Company pays 100% of health insurance3 Weeks vacation401K OfferedBeautiful Showroom officeWorking Remotely some days but expect to be fully In office by next year
