Job Description
A fast-growing Biotech company in Boston’s seaport is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a contract basis. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will focus on helping the Talent Acquisition team manage a large influx of requisitions. You will coordinate interviews between internal candidates and hiring managers, meet candidates for their interviews and act as one of the faces of Talent Acquisition for the organization. The right candidate has 2+years of Human Resources experience (ideally in Talent Acquisition) and a strong commitment to the candidate experience. This job offers a 3 days in office, 2 days from home hybrid schedule.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar
2+ years human resources experience, talent acquisition preferred
Strong professional communication and presentation
Organization and time management skills
Plus:
Life Sciences, Pharma or biotech experience
