Asendia USA is launching a new Global Returns Product to complement our full array of international parcel delivery services. We are seeking an experienced individual in the Returns space that will play a role in the development and launch of this new product in North America. The Returns Specialist will work with our sales organization to deliver the solutions needed by the broad E-Commerce market for international shoppers.
Successful individual will participate in the organization/coordination and launch of this new product and will train and support our sales team as well as assist with the customers understanding. The Return Specialist will be the go-to person both internally and externally to problem solve and trouble shoot questions and scenarios that arise. There will also be operational and sales reporting for our day-to-day business. You will be responsible for research, collaborate, assess, train, internal communications and must have an in-depth understanding of the Asendia USA applications as used by the team internally and externally by customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee development of product
- Develop plan of action including training, SOP’s, resources and work plan
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans
- Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce / Logistics fields
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
- Reporting to include budgeting and forecasting
- Excels in both written and verbal communication, able to clearly explain complex integrations in a simple to follow manner
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with a team
