The Community Health Worker works with clients and families in navigating community resources and assists them to gain needed resources; Provides information to clients and support them in their native language.Qualifications: Bilingual in English and one Asian language (Cantonese/ Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Korean); Excellent Interpersonal and Social Skills.
