You will be part of a fast-paced Talent Acquisition (TA) team and have a broad set of responsibilities that play a central role in enhancing our ability to identify and attract talent by providing meaningful analytics. You will serve an analyst supporting the lead analytics advisor for the TA Leadership Team, helping to scope and understand information needs, and design, create, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions that provide meaningful insights into pre-hire and recruitment efforts and the external talent market. More specifically, you will: * Perform routine and ad-hoc operational reporting and analysis of talent data from multiple systems (Workday) * Analyze internal and external talent data from various platforms to evaluate impacts toworkforce, and translate into actionable insights to inform talent acquisition and location strategies * Build the analytics tools to support various TA strategy activities and initiatives * Support in evaluating, making recommendations, designing and implementing ways to optimize utilization, efficiency, and scalability of real time and on-demand key metrics and analytic data to drive better decision making * Support the preparation of informative presentations based for senior leadership and executives, effectively communicating complex data and concepts with a high degree of simplicity and utilizing effective storytelling. We are looking for someone that will bring a strong understanding of talent acquisition metrics, a passion for data and analytics, technology focused, inquisitive, and creative at problem solving. You will: * Have 5+ years of HR analytics and reporting experience, including experience with Talent Acquisition metrics * Have demonstrated abilities to effectively build applied analytics through advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques using structured and unstructured data, and deriving trends and actionable insights * Interact with end-users to understand and document business and functional requirements, and data sources for complex projects * Manage complex data sets from disparate systems, connecting and cleansing data to resolve underlying data integrity issues * Be able to present data and findings in succinct, creative and narrative-driven ways for an executive audience * Have proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Access; advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e., pivot tables, macros, and statistical analysis). Possess advanced knowledge of data visualization and BI software, including Visier, Tableau or Microsoft Power BI * Prior experience with Workday Recruiting and Workday HCM preferred * Prior experience with talent/labor market data platforms (including LinkedIn Insights, Emsi, and Gartner TalentNeuron) preferred * Be a self-directed, independent thinker with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness * Work flexibly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, effectively navigating ambiguity * Hold a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in quantitative or related field (such as business analytics, computer science, data analytics, economics, finance, human resources, math, or statistics), or equivalent experience
