Pay range for new hires: $71,032 – $113,651
Hire-in rates of pay are based upon the relevance of years of experience, education and certifications. Our talent acquisition team will help you understand how your direct experience will be considered.

Job Overview
Provides support in the recruitment and retention of talent into clinical and non-clinical positions within the organization. Collaborates and consults with hiring managers on strategic and tactical talent acquisition plans designed to meet the business objectives of the unit or department. Reviews and improves talent acquisition processes that are consistent with the Hospital’s strategic goals and objectives. Helps deliver a talent acquisition plan to attract and retain high-caliber qualified candidates. Works collaboratively as a member of the Human Resources team to receive HR visitors, communicate HR policies and procedures, and direct staff to appropriate HR team member to resolve issues. Provides excellent customer service while maintaining the highest level of security and confidentiality possible.
