What You’ll Do:
Administer group insurance plans, benefits, and act as primary contact for insurers.
Advises and informs employees of changes and developments related to benefits including eligibility, coverage, and provisions.
Liaison between agency and client contact for any and all needs.
Deliver renewals to clients and orchestrate timely open enrollment. See to completion with enrollment at the carriers.
Serve as primary benefit contact for plan vendors, third-party administrators, and client.
Plan, coordinate, and communicate benefits information to employees including annual Open Enrollment.
Assist HR with FMLA Compliance.
Assist with monthly invoice reconciliation.
Advise and answer inquiries on all benefit related questions from clients and work site employees.
What You’ll Bring:
You have a proven track record of providing successful analysis and solutions to business problems related to benefits.
You’re a creative problem-solver and a proactive agile learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You’re diligent and focused on details, particularly with communication, follow-up and documentation.
You have the necessary knowledge and experience to research and resolve complex participant issues related to benefits eligibility, plan set up, benefit deductions, benefit calculations, and reimbursement plan limits.
You have strong organizational skills, time management skills with multi-tasking ability, strong customer focus, and the ability to work independently and in a team to deliver a seamless experience to our clients.
You are tech-savvy and able to learn new programs quickly but you already have strong proficiency in Microsoft programs, particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
