SUMMARY:
- Provides general HR support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide full comprehensive Human Resources support for the HR department
- Oversee and process new hire paperwork
- Conduct pre-employment screenings and follow the clearance process
- Work with candidates to assist in completion of onboarding
- Manage employee files
- Provide consultation on policies and procedures
- Act as liaison between employee and company
- Assists HR Director with clerical and other miscellaneous duties
- Assists in new employee onboarding
- Assist in recruiting new employees including setting up interviews
- Strong communication skills
- Must have strong attention to details
- Must be computer literate
