TMS Center of Wisconsin is a flourishing private behavioral health group practice with over 13 years of history in Wauwatosa WI. We provide advanced treatment for depression using repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). We were the first clinic in the state of Wisconsin to offer this treatment and pride ourselves on that rich history of quality care and expertise. We are looking to grow through onboarding of new patient inquiries and repeat patients.

Our TMS practice is looking for a candidate to support the business by managing the TMS treatment process from scheduling through the completion of treatment. The skills required to be successful as a Psychiatric Technician for TMS are:

· New Patient onboarding including obtaining medical records.

· Communicating with Insurance companies to obtain prior authorizations.

· Daily Treatment and monitoring of multiple patients per day. (All training provided)

· Assisting the Doctor with any mapping or remapping needed during treatment.

· In addition to TMS treatment management, there will be 8-10 hours per week working with Doctors and Nurse practitioners to manage patient prescriptions.

Prescription Management is an essential role to support our Doctors and Nurse practitioners. The skills required to be successful at managing prescriptions include:

· Patient Communication.

· Insurance Communication.

· Receipt of refill requests via email, phone call during office hours.

· Confirming past prescriptions and refills on file to be dispensed for patient.

· Calling insurance co. for benefit/plan information pertaining to pharmacy requests.

· Giving and/or receiving prescription confirmations and/or clarifications of dose, directions, quantities, etc.

· Prior Authorization Coordination: confirming PA is needed, obtaining pharmacy benefit information, informing pharmacy of PA submission results, etc.
