ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists with recruitment throughout the organization.
Assist with reviewing job descriptions.
Administer background checks.
Assist with the hiring and onboarding process.
Communicate effectively with all levels of managers, supervisors and employees.
Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources function.
Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and with discretion
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

Professional communication skills for both internal and external customers, coworkers, team members and consultants.
Must have high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Must be able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to communicate effectively in order to maintain high levels of confidentiality, safety, health, quality and efficiency.
Demonstrated strong teamwork skills, with the ability to lead, participate, and/or work directly with cross-functional teams and/or individuals.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.
Possess traits of honest and integrity, creativity and flexibility.
Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business, Human resources or related field or a combination of education and relevant work experience (preferred).
1 year relevant work experience (preferred).
Knowledge of UltiPro human resource information system (HRIS) preferred.
