for Account Representative/Administrative Support: The primary goal of the Account Representative is to support customers and expand awareness of the full breadth of Assured Security services to our existing customers. Work with and support Account Managers and Security Professionals by creating customer proposals, assisting with customer requests, answering phones, and entering new work orders as business needs dictate. This position will expand customer relationships and provide administrative support for key accounts. As time permits this person may assist with new business development and other projects/duties as assigned.Accountability Priorities for Account Representative/ Administrative Support: Priority order with estimated time in parenthesis1. Answer 20-25 incoming phone calls per day (45%)2. Customer advocacy/follow-up/relationship management (30%)3. Business development – existing customers (15%)4. Tech assistance with planning, work orders and projects (10%)Job Duties for Account Representative/Support Admin: Job duties include, but are not limited to: Answer 30-50% of company’s incoming phone calls, assess customer problems, and create work tickets for processing. Advocate for our customers, respond promptly to customer questions, ensure all necessary parties are included on communications, proposals, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Offer additional services/support as applicable. Identify new & existing customers to educate on product/service offerings. Assist account management by creating quotes and maps or helping with other administrative support. Assist techs with planning, time sheets, estimate/quote creation, product research, project administration, and work order support.Expectations for Account Representative/Administrative Support: Answer incoming calls promptly. Professionally communicate with customers and co-workers regarding current and upcoming projects and services. Collaborate with co-workers including office and field staff to ensure appropriate, efficient processes are maintained. Increase product/service utilization across existing customers. Accurately complete sales estimates within 24 hours of request.Requirements for Account Representative/Administrative Support: Minimum 5 years of previous customer service work experience Customer first attitude Exceptional Customer Service skills and experience Demonstrated problem solving and logic skills Polished communication skills Comfortable working autonomously and/or as part of a team Ability to pass background check, drug test and DMV record check HS Diploma or equivalentPreferred Experience for Account Representative/Administrative Support: 2+ years previous sales or security industry experience 2 years of postsecondary educationAdditional Details for Account Representative/Administrative Support: Will provide continual training opportunities.
