Description:
The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Recruiters with various administrative duties on a day to day basis. Majority of the tasks will be the following: – Sourcing candidates & reviewing resumes for selection – Evaluating candidates to check qualifications – Assist in posting job postings on various sites and locations – Schedule phone screens & interviews with recruiting staff & management – Assist with on boarding administrative tasks: Schedule drug tests, run background checks, gather necessary information from the candidates – Effectively communicate the process to each candidate, ensuring a positive experience from beginning to end – Prepare candidates for their job assignment and ensure 1st day/1st week details
