Main Job Duties:
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position directly supervises up to 2 Full-time Equivalent (FTE) regular employees and/or contractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training
employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 Years Experience and a mix of education
Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, or related field required.
Master’s Degree in Human Resources, preferred.
Proven strategic planning experience at the management level.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills.
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Certificates and Licenses: SHRM/PHR Certification preferred but not required.
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
Strong leadership, organization, and analytical skills with a focus on actions and outcomes.
