A day in the role…
- Responsible for posting an electronic remit or paper EOB.
- Work on denials throughout the day and review denial codes and research what is needed.
- Assist patients with questions regarding billing and denials.
Necessary Skills and Strengths:
EMR Experience| Understanding of Modifiers | Knowledge of Insurance and Appeals
Core Experience:
- 2 + Years of AR Follow Up Experience
