JOB SUMMARY: Our Recruiting Leader will provide support to the administration of day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties (Remote Position)
The Recruiting Leader carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Recruiting new team members, training and development, background check, compensation, and other projects as necessary
Job Description:
Athletes Global Corporation is looking for a Recruiting Leader to join our team!. The Recruiting Leader is responsible for various functions of the Human Resource department, including talent, compensation, background checks, leave, reporting, and administration of company policies. The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in Human Resources. This includes background check, administration, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, and training. To be a Recruiting Leader, you should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.
Position Work Schedule & Payment Structure:
Work Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s
Work Hours: 10:00am- 1:00pm
AGC Recruiting & Staffing Service Payment Structure:
(Based off clients we provide for you to hire for)
1. Hourly Rate Contract: You will also be compensated residually, 10% from every hourly rate position you place. Compensation will be paid either bi-weekly or monthly (Net 15 or Net 30), based on the contractual agreement that is negotiated in your contract.
2. Direct Hire/Permanent Salary Position: You will also be compensated 15% on every full time position you place. We define a full time position as an, 12 month contract with the company. Compensation will be paid either bi-weekly or monthly (Net 15 or Net 30), based on the contractual agreement that is negotiated in your contract.
(Based off clients you find and close)
