Atlanta Autism Center is seeking a seasoned HR manager or HR Director with an outgoing personality to manage recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits reporting, and all other HR related administrative tasks for our centers. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with HR and/or Talent Acquisition experience in the medical or behavioral health field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements: 10+ years in Human Resources management, preferably in a healthcare/ABA environment. Master’s degree preferred. The ability to develop and manage compensation policies and programs, administer benefits and retirement programs, and communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees. Proficiency with:
