Women’s Health at Rockaway, part of Atlantic Medical Group, is currently seeking experienced Medical Office Associate professionals to join their team!

Essential Functions:

• Checking-in patients upon arrival
• Registering new patients
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Managing phones
• Collecting co-pays
• Verifying Insurance
• Scanning documents into the electronic medical record
• Processing medical record requests
• Other clerical duties as assigned
• Possible surgical scheduling

Education:

• HS Diploma required

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Prior medical office experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
• Experience with EMR, Microsoft office products, preferred
• Candidate must exhibit excellent customer service skills.
