_ The base pay range for this position is $30 to $35 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Responsibilities:
Provide assistance for all HR-related inquiries or requests from both internal and external sources within the Mobile Health Division.
Collaborate with Training & Education, Operations, and management to support on-site and virtual new hire orientations.
Initiate pre-employment screening procedures for new hires, encompassing criminal background checks, drug screenings, motor vehicle records (MVR) checks, health screenings, references, and credential verification.
Monitor, manage, track, and update the progress of onboarding activities for new candidates.
Utilize HR systems to onboard new hires, update information, initiate system access requests, and offer guidance when needed.
Work closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure successful completion of new hire, rehire, and contingent worker entries in the HRIS system.
Coordinate new hire orientation sessions.
Provide support to the HR team in completing new hire paperwork.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience in Human Resources, data entry and new hire onboarding
