What will you do?
- Inspect & verify dish machine is working properly with correct chemicals on a daily basis.
- Scrape food from dirty dishes and place them in dish racks; washes all utensils, glassware, dishware, etc…
- Wash pots, pans and other cooking equipment by hand.
- Sort and remove trash and garbage
- Sort and restock clean, glassware, utensils and dishware.
- Change dish machine chemicals or water frequently.
- Wash/mop a variety of work areas (i.e. tables, walls, refrigerator, floors etc.) daily.
- Works closely and communicates with HOH & FOF, in a constant high pace doing a variety of tasks.
