We are a leading General Contractor in the PNW- Insulation Company looking to hire someone to help us with Quality Assurance, Warehouse Management, Hiring &Training, Fleet/ Equipment management and Procedural Improvement. We have locations along the western United States and we are rapidly growing across the country. We specialize in Insulation, sanitization, Attic and Crawl space rehab, light carpentry, mold remediation, and water mitigation.

Location: Everette Washington

Compensation & Benefits:

Range $65,000 – $68,000 base (based on qualifications)

Bonus available for productivity and cost reduction

Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K – available after 90 days

Company Vehicle (during work hours)

Responsibilities:

Proven track record of the following:

• Excellent leadership skills- team support and company culture
• Work one-on-one with team members to reach their goals.
• Hire, train and coach all field crew team members
• Manage scheduling and productivity
• Create Operations job descriptions and duties
• Create a training program and enforce it for all operation positions within the branches
• Participate in weekly meetings with all branch OPS leaders
• Manage all branches’ scorecards and financial performance
• Hold weekly meetings for safety standards & training requirements
• Hold crew accountable for all company assets including but not limited to vehicles, equipment, inventory, facility, etc)
• Development programs for operation positions as needed
• Work with HR and branches to improve employee retention and morale

Essential Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role
• Valid & clean driving record past 7 years
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
• Able to work with all levels of staff vendors, subs & customers
• Experience within Insulation Industry a plus+
• Construction or related industry experience required
• Leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good relationship building skills.
• Self-starter and motivator.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communications skills

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Required to stand/sit for extended periods of time.
• Required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
• Required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
• Occasionally required to smell and identify odors.
• Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles (respirator required)
• Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions (non-weather).
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Able to access attic space of 22×30″ with ladder
• Able to access crawl space with 18″ clearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,478.00 – $67,000.00 per year
